Decisions are based on the lead’s actions, but these decisions could be executed by actions which the lead has either performed or not. Examples of such actions include things such as downloading a resource, opening an e-mail, filling out a form or visiting a landing page.

Decisions are made in response to an action and can lead to two types of results.

These two possible results are identified graphically by either a green or a red dot, which can be found on the decision. Each part can then be managed by the campaign. This process is usually known as the “decision tree”.

The decisions which can be included at the moment are:

  • Downloads asset: The download of a resource by the lead
  • Opens email: The opening of an e-mail by the lead
  • Submits Form: The filling out of a form by the lead
  • Visits landing page: The visit of a landing page by the lead
