With the exception of the “Leads” module, categories can be created in all the other modules of the software. This is to allow you to easily catalog all the different entities of the platform and see all the desired information with just a glance.
To create a new category just click on “Manage Categories” inside the desired module, and then click on “New”. You will now see a pop-up window which will allow you to input the following settings:
- Title: The title of the category
- Description: A description of the category
- Color: Assign a color to the category so you can spot it more easily
- Published: Set on “Yes” to activate the category
The color will also come in handy when you will be trying to find groups of information tied to a certain category, when looking for a specific entity inside the calendar or other areas of the software.
