Lead Notes

You may add notes about a lead to keep track of the different marketing activities. To add a new note about a lead just click on “Add Note” in the “Notes” folder. Through the editor you can write a description, while at the bottom you can chose the type of note and set the Date/Time.

The types of notes can be the following:

  • General: Represents a general event
  • Email: An e-mail either sent or received by the lead
  • Call: A call either made or received by the lead
  • Meeting: A meeting

It is then possible to search for all the various notes by using the search box found in the “Notes” folder, or by filtering based on a type of event.
