There are two main types of leads:
The first type is anonymous. These are visitors to your website who have not yet been identified through a form or other actions. These leads are tracked by the platform but kept hidden in order not to add “confusion” to the lead list.
The second type is the “standard” lead. This includes all the people who provide detailed information about themselves through a form or other input sources. As a result of these interactions this type of lead usually has a name, an e-mail and other important details.
