Throughout almost all the modules in the software you will be able to use the search box, which can be found in the top left-hand corner of the page, along with the “?” button which allows you to see the main options.
The research is possible through a series of quick and simple schemes shown below:
- +: Allows for the research of precise strings
- !: Allows for the research of all the fields that don’t contain a string which ends with !
- ” “: Allows for the research of the exact string specified between the two quotation marks
- ( ): Groups together several expressions
It’s also possible to use certain commands which may vary depending on the module (After having clicked on “?” read the “Search Commands” section).
Here are some examples when searching for a lead:
<+Mario> Searches for all the leads with the exact name “Mario”
<“Mar”>: Searches for all the leads that start with “Mar”
<!Mario> Searches for all the leads with a name different from “Mario”
<+Mario “Sefin”> Searches for all the leads with both the name “Mario” and the business “Sefin”
<+Mario OR “Sefin”> Searches for all the leads that have either the name “Mario” or the business “Sefin”
